Revolving Door
You took your best individual performer and moved them into management. They were exceptional at their job. Now they're struggling to lead the people they used to work beside, and nobody knows why.
Your best people are exhausted. Not lazy, exhausted. They're carrying the team, absorbing the pressure, and quietly looking for the exit. You can feel it before they say a word. And you know the next resignation letter is coming.
Your leadership team is talented individually. But the moment they have to collaborate, something breaks down. Meetings go in circles. Decisions don't get made. And everyone leaves the room with a different understanding of what just happened.
You've replaced the same position three times in two years. The candidates look great on paper. They interview well. But something keeps breaking down once they're inside the organization, and you're starting to wonder if the problem isn't the people.

Validated TTI Assessments
Science-backed tools that reveal exactly how your people communicate, what drives them, where they naturally excel, and where the gaps are.
We give organizations the clearest picture of their people they've ever had.
Then we build a path forward from that foundation.
Personalized Debrief Sessions
Unlike most assessment providers who just give the report, we sit down with your leaders and their team members individually to walk through every result.
A Strategic Development Roadmap
Based on the assessment data and your organization's goals we build a targeted action plan, a clear, prioritized path that connects each person's results to measurable performance outcomes.
Half-Day Workshops
Training that is zeroed in by your data, not generic curriculum. Each workshop targets one specific leadership challenge and transforms not just what your people do, but who they are when they show up.
What our clients say
"The impact on our team has been tremendous.
We've developed greater self-awareness, stronger team awareness, and better conflict resolution skills. Learning self-regulation has been invaluable in helping prevent burnout in such an emotionally demanding role.
It's also helped us recognize and leverage each person's unique strengths for the benefit of both our team and the residents we serve."
- Haely O, Kansas State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Director
"This training has helped me work on myself as much as it has helped me serve others.
I used to put everyone else's needs before my own. Now I'm intentionally using the tools we've learned; grounding, breathing techniques, and daily practices that help me stay centered so I can better support the people who depend on me.
I love this program and look forward to every session."
- Gina E, Self-Regulation + Caregiving & Service Roles
"I've already started using what I learned in conversations with people every day.
Thinking about which basic need may be driving someone's behavior has completely changed how I approach difficult interactions.
It's helped me better understand others and communicate more effectively."
- Shawn M, Difficult Conversations + Behavioral Insight
"This was exactly the kind of training I appreciate; engaging, practical, and backed by science.
The exercises gave us tools we could immediately apply, and understanding people's core needs has helped me approach conversations with more empathy instead of frustration."
- Karla B, Evidence-Based Training + Team Communication

Our Advantage
TTI Assessments

12 Driving Forces (The "Why")
Emotional Quotient (The "Awareness & Management")
DISC (The "How")
This assessment uncovers personal motivation, specifically WHY your people do what they do.
It measures six motivational dimensions:
-
Knowledge driven by past experiences or opportunities to learn
-
Utility driven by completing tasks and achieving practical results
-
Surroundings driven by objective functionality or subjective experiences
-
Others driven to assist for a purpose or for the satisfaction of helping
-
Power driven by being in a supporting role or by status and recognition
-
Methodologies driven by new ideas or by proven traditional approaches
When leaders understand what truly motivates each person on their team, and what quietly drains them, retention improves, engagement rises, and the right people finally land in the right roles.
This assessment measures emotional intelligence, specifically HOW WELL your people understand and manage themselves and their relationships under pressure.
It measures five core competencies:
-
Self-Awareness: understanding your own emotions and how they impact your performance
-
Self-Regulation: managing your emotional responses especially in high pressure situations
-
Motivation: maintaining drive and resilience when challenges arise
-
Empathy: recognizing and understanding the emotions of the people around you
-
Social Skills: managing relationships, influencing others, and communicating effectively
When leaders develop their emotional intelligence they stop reacting and start responding. They lead with composure, build trust faster, and create the kind of psychological safety that makes teams perform at their highest level.
This assessment reveals behavioral style, specifically HOW your people do what they do.
It measures four dimensions of behavior:
-
How they respond to problems and challenges
-
How they influence and interact with others
-
How they respond to the pace of their environment
-
How they respond to rules and procedures set by others
When leaders understand their own behavioral style, and the styles of the people around them, communication improves, conflict decreases, and teams finally start working with each other instead of around each other.

For teams and leaders ready to act on what the data revealed.
Julia delivers identity-level training built directly from your assessment results.
Two paths depending on your goals:
Team Trainings: workshops and programs that shift how your entire team communicates, performs, and leads under pressure.
1:1 Coaching: deep individual work for the leader your organization is investing in.
This is not generic training. It starts with WHO your people actually are, and builds from there.
Nathan sits with you, one-on-one, or with your full team, and walks through exactly what the data reveals. Strengths. Blind spots. What's driving performance and what's quietly limiting it. Together you map a clear direction: a personalized roadmap for the individual leader, or a team roadmap aligned to your organizational goals.
You leave knowing WHO. And knowing exactly what comes next.
You complete your assessments individually. Nathan compiles everything: behavioral data, motivational drivers, emotional intelligence scores, into a complete picture of WHO your people are and how they operate. Not a report dropped in an inbox. A foundation built for a real conversation.
This is where most providers stop. We're just getting started.

Trainings
Every training begins with your data.
These are not off-the-shelf workshops. Each session is built from your team's assessment results, so the work is specific, relevant, and immediately applicable.
Julia delivers identity-level training that doesn't just change what your people do. It changes WHO they are when it matters most.
1. Communication Breakdowns
Communicate in a way that actually lands.
Communication breaks down when we assume other people see, process, and interpret situations the same way we do. This training teaches your team how language, perception, rapport, and internal state shape every interaction—so they can reduce misunderstandings, navigate difficult conversations, and communicate in ways that create connection and forward movement.
Outcome: Clearer communication, less unnecessary conflict, and more productive conversations.
2. Manager Effectiveness
Change the lens. Change the response.
What a leader believes is happening shapes how they respond to it. This training helps managers recognize the filters, assumptions, and interpretations influencing how they see people and situations, then use reframing to create greater perspective and more intentional leadership.
Outcome: Managers who respond with greater awareness, flexibility, and effectiveness instead of reacting from assumption.
3. Accountability
Break the patterns that keep repeating.
Knowing what to do doesn't always change what we do. This training explores the automatic beliefs, thought patterns, and behavioral loops that influence performance—and teaches practical ways to interrupt unproductive patterns and create more intentional responses.
Outcome: Greater self-awareness, personal ownership, and the ability to change behaviors that interfere with performance.
4. The Performance Mindset
Train your mind before the moment matters.
The mind rehearses constantly—sometimes for the outcome we want and sometimes for the one we fear. This training teaches employees how attention, internal imagery, mental rehearsal, and emotional state influence performance, then gives them tools to intentionally prepare their mind for presentations, conversations, decisions, and high-pressure moments.
Outcome: Greater confidence, focus, preparation, and consistency when performance matters.
5. Burnout & Employee Wellbeing
Manage your state before stress starts managing you.
Sustainable performance requires the ability to recognize what is happening internally and know how to shift it. This experiential training teaches employees to recognize their personal signs of stress and activation and use practical state-management and nervous-system regulation techniques to reset, recover, and return to the work with greater clarity.
Outcome: Employees who can regulate stress more effectively, recover faster from difficult moments, and protect their capacity to perform over time.
All trainings are available as standalone half-day workshops or as part of the 12-Month Performance Culture Program. Every session is built from your team's TTI assessment data.
